摘 要:为探究大跨径钢盖梁整体吊装施工技术,以苏台高速公路练市枢纽B匝道2号桥61号、62号、63号墩钢盖梁为工程背景,首先,结合工程情况划分钢盖梁节段,确定吊装施工的吊耳位置、数量以及吊具,并对吊耳和钢丝绳进行受力分析;然后,结合既有高速公路交通特性,制订钢盖梁吊装施工时既有高速公路的交通组织方案;最后,确定钢盖梁安装方案,包括吊装机械选择、吊装施工内容等。经研究得出结论:在进行大跨径钢盖梁整体吊装施工时,需要综合考虑吊装设备及其受力分析、交通组织等方面,在此基础上制订整体吊装方案,以此保证施工顺利、安全进行。In order to explore the overall lifting construction technology of large-span steel covered beams,taking Pier No.61,No.62 and No.63 of bridge No.2 on B Ramp of Lianshi Junction of Sutai Expressway as the engineering background,the sections of steel covered beams were first divided according to the engineering conditions,the location,number and lifting devices of lifting lugs were determined,and the loading of lifting lugs and steel wire ropes were analyzed.Then,according to the traffic characteristics of existing expressways,the traffic organization scheme of existing expressways during the erection of steel covered beams is formulated.Finally,the installation scheme of the steel cover beam is determined,including the selection of hoisting machinery and the construction content of hoisting.It is concluded that the hoisting equipment,force analysis and traffic organization should be considered comprehensively in the whole hoisting construction of large-span steel covered beams.On this basis,the whole hoisting scheme should be formulated to ensure smooth and safe construction.
