摘 要:以某房建工程为案例,提出了一种减震预铺反粘防水卷材桩头施工技术,旨在提高桩头节点的防水效果。论文从工艺原理、施工流程及关键技术要点出发,分析了防水层结构的减震特点及施工质量控制方法。通过实际工程应用,验证了该技术在节约施工材料、降低成本、缩短工期以及减少建筑垃圾等方面的显著优势。研究结果表明,该技术具有操作简单、防水可靠性高、抗震性能优异的特点,可有效提升建筑工程防水施工的整体质量,并具有良好的经济效益和推广应用价值。Taking a certain building construction project as a case study,a construction technology for shock absorption pre laid anti adhesive waterproof membrane pile heads is proposed,aiming to improve the waterproof effect of pile head nodes.Starting from the principles of technology,construction processes,and key technical points,this study analyzes the seismic characteristics and construction quality control methods of waterproof layer structures.Through practical engineering applications,the significant advantages of this technology in saving construction materials,reducing costs,shortening construction periods,and minimizing construction waste have been verified.The research results indicate that this technology has the characteristics of simple operation,high waterproof reliability,and excellent seismic performance,which can effectively improve the overall quality of waterproof construction in building engineering,and has good economic benefits and promotion application value.
