摘　　要：基于建筑门窗能耗占总能耗50%的现实,介绍了隔音型持续干燥中空玻璃窗体的工法特点、制作原理和安装技术。该类型中空玻璃窗通过在冠宇软包聚合物锂电池智能制造项目配套宿舍项目中的应用,表现出良好的隔音、防火、隔热性能,创新的壳体设计使干燥剂更换更加方便,提升了细部防水质量。实践证明,该隔音型持续干燥中空玻璃窗体在提升建筑节能性能、改善室内舒适度方面取得了良好效果。Based on the fact that building doors and windows account for 50%of total energy consumption,this paper introduces the functional characteristics,design principles,and installation techniques of soundproof continuously-dried insulated glass windows.Through its application in the dormitory project supporting the Guanyu Soft Pack Polymer Lithium Battery Intelligent Manufacturing Project,this type of insulated glass window demonstrates excellent sound insulation,fire resistance,and thermal insulation performance,with an innovative shell design that facilitates easier desiccant replacement and improves detailed waterproofing quality.Practice has proven that this soundproof continuously-dried insulated glass window system has achieved good results in improving building energy efficiency and indoor comfort.
