摘 要:针对温拌沥青混合料配合比没有确定的统一标准,影响实际工程中温拌沥青应用效果的问题,论文对沥青延度、针入度以及黏度等指标进行系统的测试与分析,根据分析结果确定合适的混合料配合比,并从温度、搅拌速率、黏度3个方面对拌和效果进行评价。结果表明,温拌沥青的最佳油石比为5.2%,矿粉比为20.5∶40.5∶36.5∶3.0,且有机降黏型温拌剂的加入,有效改善了沥青混合料的施工性能。Aiming at the problem that there is no uniform standard for the mixture ratio of warm mixed asphalt,which affects the application effect of warm mixed asphalt in practical projects,this paper systematically tested and analyzed the asphalt densification,penetration and viscosity,and determined the appropriate mixture ratio according to the analysis results,and evaluated the mixing effect from three aspects:temperature,stirring rate and viscosity.The results show that the best oil-stone ratio of warm mixed asphalt is 5.2%,and the ore powder ratio is 20.5∶40.5∶36.5∶3.0.The addition of organic viscosity-reducing type temperature mixing agent effectively improves the construction performance of asphalt mixture.
