摘　　要：针对水利工程建设项目建设质量评价内容单一、不全面的问题,论文提出了一种基于过程监督的水利工程建设项目建设质量多维度评价模型,从合同履约、质量管理、进度管理等7个维度筛选确定评价指标,引入“单指标量化-多指标综合-多准则集成法”构建评价模型。最后,选取某集团3个项目进行案例应用,提出提升水利工程建设质量的对策建议。Aiming at the problem that construction quality evaluation content of water conservancy project is single and incomplete,this paper proposes a multi-dimensional evaluation model of water conservancy project construction quality based on process supervision,from the seven dimensions of contract performance,quality management,schedule management and so on,the evaluation index is selected and determined.The“single index quantification-multi-index synthesis-multi-criteria integration method”is introduced to construct the evaluation model.Finally,three projects of a group are selected for case application,and the countermeasures and suggestions for improving the quality of water conservancy project construction are put forward.
