摘　　要：目的 探究家庭不稳定对儿童心理健康的影响。方法 使用中国家庭追踪调查(CFPS)2020年的数据,选取3 319个0~18岁儿童作为研究样本,建立多元线性回归模型,使用STATA 17进行数据分析。结果 (1)家庭不稳定性对儿童心理健康有显著的负向影响(P<0.01),且在加入儿童、父母、家庭特征的控制变量后,主效应结果依旧显著(P<0.01)。(2)稳健性检验支持了回归模型和结果的稳定性。(3)异质性分析发现,小学阶段儿童(P<0.01)、男孩(P<0.01)和农村儿童(P<0.01)受到的家庭不稳定冲击更大。结论 家庭不稳定对儿童心理健康具有负面影响,且在儿童年龄、性别、地区之间存在异质性,这为不稳定家庭儿童加强心理干预、针对不同年龄段、不同性别和城乡儿童提供精准干预提供了依据。Objective To explore the impact of family instability on children's mental health.Methods Using data from the China family panel studies(CFPS)in 2020,3319 children aged 0~18 were selected as the research sample,and a multiple linear regression model was established.STATA 17 was used for data analysis.Results Family instability has a significant negative impact on children's mental health(P<0.01),and the main effect remains significant(P<0.01)even after controlling for variables such as children,parents,and family characteristics.@The robustness test supports the stability of the regression model and results.Heterogeneity analysis found that primary school children(P<0.01),boys(P<0.01),and rural children(P<0.01)were more affected by family instability.Conclusion Family instability has a negative impact on children's mental health,and there is heterogeneity among children's age,gender,and region.This provides a basis for strengthening psychological intervention for children from unstable families and providing targeted interventions for different age groups,genders,and urban and rural children.
