摘  要:目的 探讨传染病专科男性护士的培养与管理模式,旨在为男性护士人才培养提供新的思路。方法 选取2022年6月前入职长沙市某三级甲等医院传染病专科的54名男性护士作为研究对象,将其随机分为对照组和观察组,每组各27名。对照组实施常规培训,观察组实施“个性化”培养与管理,采用传染病专科男性护士工作压力、职业认同量表与教学满意度调查问卷,对两组的效果进行评价。结果 培训后,观察组来源于社会偏见、低职业成就感、传统观念、人际关系和高职业暴露风险的工作压力均显著低于对照组;观察组来源于个人价值实现、主动选择专业、专业兴趣、从事本专业幸福感和责任感的职业认同感均显著高于对照组;且观察组教学满意度显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 传染病专科男性护士“个性化”培养与管理方案可有效减轻男性护士工作压力,增强男性护士职业认同感。Objective To explore the training and management mode of male nurses in infectious diseases specialty,and to provide new ideas for training male nurses.Methods A total of 54 male nurses who were employed in the infectious diseases department of a Grade III A hospital in Changsha City before June 2022 were randomly divided into control group(27 cases)and observation group(27 cases).The control group was given routine training,the observation group was given"personalized"training and management,and the effects were evaluated by the job stress and professional identity scale,as well as teaching satisfaction questionnaire of male nurses in infectious diseases specialty.Results After the training,the work stress of the observation group from social prejudice,low occupational achievement,traditional concept,interpersonal relationship and high occupational exposure risk was significantly lower than that of the control group.The professional identity of the observation group derived from personal value realization,active choice of major,professional interest,happiness and sense of responsibility in the major were significantly higher than those in the control group.The teaching satisfaction of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The"personalized"training and management program of male nurses in infectious diseases can effectively reduce the pressure of male nurses and enhance their professional identity.
