摘　　要：目的 探究大学生中多维度完美主义与社交外表焦虑之间的关系,并分析自尊在二者关系中的中介作用。方法 以山东省内1 556名高校本科生为研究对象,采用多维度完美量表、自尊量表与社交外表焦虑量表进行调查。结果 相关分析显示,对错误的担忧、条理组织化、父母期望、个人标准和行动疑虑与社交外表焦虑均呈正相关,自尊与社交外表焦虑呈负相关;中介分析表明,自尊在完美主义与社交外表焦虑之间具有显著的中介作用。结论 大学生多维度完美主义不仅直接影响社交外表焦虑,也可以通过自尊间接影响个体的社交外表焦虑。将多维度完美主义与自尊因素综合考虑,有助于大学生树立更正确的价值观。Objective To explore the relationship between multidimensional perfectionism and social appearance anxiety among college students,and to analyze the mediating role of self-esteem in this relationship.Methods A total of 1556 college students from Shandong Province were selected as the research subjects,and the multidimensional perfectionism scale,self-esteem scale,and social appearance anxiety scale were used for investigation.Results The correlation analysis showed that concerns about mistakes,organization,parental expectations,personal standards,and action doubts were positively correlated with social appearance anxiety,while self-esteem was negatively correlated with social appearance anxiety.The mediation analysis showed that self-esteem had a significant mediating effect between perfectionism and social appearance anxiety.Conclusion Multidimensional perfectionism not only has a direct effect on social appearance anxiety among college students,but also indirectly affects their social appearance anxiety through self-esteem.Considering the factors of multidimensional perfectionism and self-esteem together can help college students develop more correct values.
