摘 要:目的 探讨团体咨询对改善大学生人际安全感方面的有效性和可行性。方法 通过海报招募和量表筛查选出存在人际安全感困扰的大学生60人(基于大学生人际安全感问卷CSISQ,总分≥55分),将其随机分为干预组和对照组,每组各30人。干预组进一步细分为3个小组,每组10人,接受为期8周的团体心理咨询干预(每周1次,每次1.5 h),对照组维持常态生活。干预前及8周干预后,使用大学生人际安全感问卷(CSISQ)和团体干预评价表(RFGPC)评估干预效果。结果 干预前,干预组和对照组在人际安全感总分及各项因子分均无显著差异(P>0.05)。干预后,干预组的人际安全感总分和自我敏感、焦虑退缩、限制防御因子分均显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。干预组成员普遍认为团体咨询有助于改善人际安全感问题。结论 团体咨询可以有效改善大学生人际安全感。Objective The purpose of this study was to examine the effects of group counseling on college students with interpersonal security problems.Methods This study used posters to recruit and invite applicants to complete the college students'interpersonal security questionnaire(CSISQ).Then,we selected 60 college students as subjects(the score of CSISQ≥55).The subjects were divided into two groups,the intervention group(n=40)and the control group(n=40).The intervention group of 30 people,with 10 people in each group,will be randomly divided into three groups for eight weeks of group psychological counseling intervention(once a week,1.5 hours each time),while the control group will be in the normal state.At baseline and after eight weeks of intervention,the intervention effect was examined using the college students'interpersonal Security questionnaire(CSISQ)and the rating form of group psychological counseling(RFGPC).Results Before intervention,there was no statistically significant difference(P>0.05)in the total score and factor scores of CSISQ between the intervention group and the control group.After eight weeks of group counseling intervention,the total score of interpersonal security and the scores of self-sensitivity,anxiety withdrawal,and restrictive defense factors in the intervention group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The intervention group generally agreed that group counseling can help improve the interpersonal security of college students.Conclusion Group counseling can effectively improve the interpersonal security of college students.
