叙事护理改善住院成年精神分裂症患者日常生活能力和精神症状的对照研究

摘　　要：目的 观察叙事护理对住院成年精神分裂症患者日常生活能力和精神症状的影响。方法 选取本院2023年6月~2024年6月收治住院的108例成年精神分裂症患者,基于信封法均分为对照组(常规护理)与实验组(叙事护理),各54例,比较两组患者护理效果。结果 两组护理前自我护理能力量表(ESCA)总分、日常生活能力量表(SQLS)评分、阴性和阳性症状量表(PANSS)评分及自知力与治疗态度问卷(ITAQ)总分均无明显差异(P>0.05)。实验组护理后ESCA总分及ITAQ总分均高于对照组,此外,实验组护理后SQLS各量表评分及PANSS各量表评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 叙事护理有利于提升住院成年精神分裂症患者自我护理能力、日常生活能力,改善患者自知力与治疗态度,有利于患者精神症状的改善。Objective To observe the effects of narrative care on improving daily living capacity and psychiatric symptoms in hospitalized adult patients with schizophrenia.Methods 108 adult schizophrenia patients admitted to our hospital from June 2023 to June 2024 were divided into control group(routine nursing)and experimental group(narrative nursing)based on the envelope method,and the nursing effect of the two groups were compared.Results There were no significant differences in the pre-care self-care scale(ESCA)total score,daily living scale(SQLS)score,negative and positive symptom scale(PANSS)score,and self-awareness and treatment attitude questionnaire(ITAQ)total score(P>0.05).The total scores of the ESCA and ITAQ of the experimental group were higher than that of the control group.In addition,the scores of the SQLS scale and PANSS scale of the experimental group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Narrative nursing of hospitalized adult schizophrenia patients is conducive to the improvement of self-nursing ability,daily living ability,effective patient self-knowledge and treatment attitude,and is conducive to the improvement of patients'mental symptoms.
