系统健康教育联合团体心理护理在精神分裂症患者中的应用价值

摘　　要：目的 分析团体心理护理与系统健康教育联合,应用于精神分裂症患者中的作用和价值。方法 研究对象为220例精神分裂症患者,筛选于2022年3月~2023年8月,以双色球分组法进行平均分组,对照组和观察组,每组各110例。对照组予以常规护理,观察组予以系统健康教育联合团体心理护理,就两组的负面情绪评分、不良行为发生率、社会功能评分、精神病评分进行对比研究。结果 经过护理后,观察组的负面情绪评分和精神病评分低于对照组,其不良行为的发生率亦低于对照组,社会功能评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 将系统健康教育联合团体心理护理应用于精神分裂症患者中,有利于改善患者的负面情绪,调节其精神病症状,减少不良行为的发生,优化其社会功能。Objective To analyze the effect and value of group psychological nursing combined with systematic health education in patients with schizophrenia.Methods A total of 220 patients with schizophrenia were selected from March 2022 to August 2023,and were divided into control group and observation group with 110 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,and the observation group was given systematic health education combined with group psychological nursing.The negative emotion score,incidence of bad behavior,social function score and psychiatric score of the two groups were compared.Results After nursing,the negative emotion score and psychiatric score of the observation group were lower than that of the control group,the incidence of bad behavior was also lower than that of the control group,and the social function score was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of systematic health education and group psychological nursing in patients with schizophrenia is beneficial to improve the negative emotions of patients,regulate their psychotic symptoms,reduce the occurrence of bad behaviors,optimize their social functions.
