改良森田疗法联合音乐护理对精神分裂症康复期患者生活质量及应对方式的影响

摘　　要：目的 分析精神分裂症患者处于康复期采取改良森田疗法联合音乐护理对其应对方式及生活质量的影响。方法 研究选取2022年10月~2024年6月接诊的康复期精神分裂症患者70例作为研究对象,基于随机数字法划分对照组、观察组,每组各有35例。对照组采取常规护理,观察组采取改良森田疗法搭配音乐护理,比较两组患者心理状态及应对方式、生活质量、护理服务满意度。结果 护理前,两组患者心理状态、应对方式、生活质量及对比无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后,积极应对评分高于对照组,消极应对及SAS、SDS评分低于对照组,观察组生活质量评分高于对照组,观察组满意度高于对照组,组内护理前后对比差异显著,上述指标对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),但对照组应对方式组内护理前后对比无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 精神分裂症患者处于康复期实施改良森田疗法搭配音乐护理干预,可持续性调节患者负面情绪,提升其生活质量,使其积极应对不良思维及心理,该护理模式具有临床应用价值。Objective To analyze the effects of modified Morita therapy combined with music nursing on the coping style and quality of life of patients with schizophrenia who are in the recovery period.Methods A total of 70 patients with convalescent schizophrenia who were admitted from October 2022 to June 2024 were selected as the research objects,and the control group and observation group were divided into 35 cases in each group based on the random number method.The control group was treated with conventional nursing,and the observation group was treated with modified Morita therapy and music nursing,and the psychological state,coping style,quality of life,and satisfaction with nursing services were compared between the two groups.Results Before nursing,there was no significant difference in psychological state,coping style,quality of life and comparison between the two groups(P>0.05),and after nursing,the positive coping score was higher than that of the control group,the negative coping and SAS and SDS scores were lower than those of the control group,the quality of life score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group.There was a statistically significant difference in the comparison of the above indexes(P<0.05),but there was no significant difference in the control group before and after nursing(P>0.05).Conclusion In the recovery period of patients with schizophrenia,modified Morita therapy combined with music nursing intervention was implemented to continuously regulate the negative emotions of patients,improve their quality of life,and make them actively cope with bad thinking and psychology,which has clinical applicationvalue.
