以接纳承诺疗法为导向的多元化护理在社区精神分裂症患者中的应用

摘　　要：目的 探讨以接纳承诺疗法为导向的多元化护理在社区精神分裂症患者中的应用。方法 选取2023年1月~2024年2月,本社区登记并住院治疗的80例精神分裂症患者,经随机分组,对照组采取常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上加以接纳承诺疗法为导向的多元化护理,比较两组干预效果。结果 两组干预前的阳性和阴性症状量表(PANSS)各维度评分无显著差异(P>0.05),与干预后对照组比较,观察组PANSS评分更低(P<0.05);两组干预前的社会功能量表(SSPI)各维度评分无显著差异(P>0.05),与干预后对照组比较,观察组SSPI评分更高(P<0.05);两组干预前的生活质量量表(SQLS)各维度评分无显著差异(P>0.05),与干预后对照组比较,观察组SQLS评分更低(P<0.05);与对照组满意度比较,观察组更高(P<0.05)。结论 以接纳承诺疗法为导向的多元化护理有助于缓解社区精神分裂症患者症状,促进社会功能与生活质量改善,且护理满意度更高。Objective To explore the application of diversified nursing guided by acceptance commitment therapy in community schizophrenia patients.Methods Select 80 schizophrenia patients registered and hospitalized in our community from January 2023 to February 2024,and randomly divide them into two groups.The control group receives routine care,while the observation group receives diversified care guided by commitment therapy on the basis of the control group.Compare the intervention effects of the two groups.Results There was no significant difference in the scores of the positive and negative symptom scale(PANSS)dimensions between the two groups before intervention(P>0.05).Compared with the control group after intervention,the observation group had a lower PANSS score(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the scores of the social function inventory(SSPI)dimensions between the two groups before intervention(P>0.05).Compared with the control group after intervention,the observation group had a higher SSPI score(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the scores of various dimensions of the quality of life scale(SQLS)between the two groups before intervention(P>0.05).Compared with the control group after intervention,the observation group had a lower SQLS score(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the satisfaction level of the observation group was higher(P<0.05).Conclusion Diversified nursing guided by acceptance commitment therapy can help alleviate symptoms of community schizophrenia patients,promote social functioning and quality of life improvement,and increase nursing satisfaction.
