摘　　要：目的 研究症状自评导引式分级心理支持在改善艾滋病患者病耻感与睡眠质量中的作用。方法 研究样本为盐城市第七人民医院收治的100例艾滋病患者。样本纳入时间为2022年10月~2024年10月。分组依据为随机数字表法,分成对照组和观察组,两组分别给予不同的护理干预模式,其中前者采用常规护理干预,后者在对照组的基础上另给予症状自评导引式分级心理支持。护理干预结束后,分别对比两组患者的焦虑抑郁情绪、社会功能、心理状态、病耻感和睡眠质量,观察两组的护理效果。计数资料以χ^(2)检验,正态计量资料以t检验。结果 护理后,观察组焦虑抑郁评分低于对照组,社会功能评分高于对照组,心理状态评分中负性情绪评分低于对照组,正性情绪评分高于对照组,病耻感评分低于对照组,睡眠质量评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 给予艾滋病患者症状自评导引式分级心理支持能明显缓解患者的负性情绪,降低病耻感水平,改变患者心理状态,提高社会功能水平和睡眠质量。Objective To investigate the role of symptom self-assessment guided graded psychological support in improving the stigma and sleep quality of AIDS patients.Methods The study sample consisted of 100 AIDS patients admitted to the Seventh People's Hospital of Yancheng from October 2022 to October 2024.Participants were divided into control and observation groups based on random number table allocation.The control group received routine nursing interventions,while the observation group received additional symptom self-assessment guided graded psychological support.After the intervention,anxiety and depression levels,social functioning,psychological status,stigma,and sleep quality were compared between the two groups.Count data were analyzed using chi-square tests,and normally distributed measurement data were analyzed using t-test.Results Post-intervention,the observation group had lower anxiety and depression scores,higher social functioning scores,lower negative emotion scores,higher positive emotion scores,lower stigma scores,and better sleep quality compared to the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Providing symptom self-assessment guided graded psychological support to AIDS patients significantly alleviates negative emotions,reduces stigma levels,improves psychological state,enhances social functioning,and improves sleep quality.
