摘 要:目的 研究认知行为干预结合赋能教育对消化道出血伴焦虑患者SAS评分及自我效能感的影响。方法 选择本院收治的100例消化道出血伴焦虑患者为研究对象(2023年1月~2023年12月),按照随机数字表法分成两组,观察组和对照组各50例,其中对照组给予赋能教育,观察组在对照组基础上另给予认知行为干预,观察两组患者的焦虑抑郁水平、自我效能和依从性、出血状况及生活质量改善情况。结果 护理结束,与对照组比,观察组的焦虑抑郁评分低(P<0.05),自我效能、依从性及生活质量评分高(P<0.05)。与对照组比,观察组的出血状况改善显著(P<0.05)。结论 对消化道出血伴焦虑患者采用认知行为干预结合赋能教育能减轻其焦虑抑郁水平,提高自我效能及依从性,改善出血状况并提升生活质量。Objective To study the effects of cognitive behavioral intervention combined with empowering education on SAS score and self-efficacy in patients with gastrointestinal bleeding and anxiety.Methods A total of 100 patients with gastrointestinal bleeding and anxiety admitted to our hospital(from January 2023 to December 2023)were selected as research objects,and divided into two groups according to random number table method,50 cases in each group of observation group and control group.The control group was given empowerment education,and the observation group was given cognitive behavioral intervention on the basis of the control group.The level of anxiety and depression,self-efficacy and compliance,bleeding status and improvement of quality of life in the two groups were observed.Results At the end of nursing,compared with the control group,the scores of anxiety and depression in the observation group were lower(P<0.05),and the scores of self-efficacy,compliance and quality of life were higher(P<0.05).Compared with control group,the bleeding status of observation group was significantly improved(P<0.05).Conclusion Cognitive behavioral intervention combined with enabling education can reduce anxiety and depression,improve self-efficacy and compliance,improve bleeding and improve quality of life in patients with gastrointestinal bleeding and anxiety.
