摘　　要：对接纳与承诺疗法(ACT)的概述、测评工具及其在国内维持性血液透析患者中的应用研究进行综述,探讨现阶段研究的不足并提出未来研究方向,为维持性血液透析患者实施ACT提供理论依据,从而提高患者的生活质量。To review the overview of acceptance and commitment therapy(ACT),the assessment tools,and the application of ACT in maintenance hemodialysis patients in China,to explore the shortcomings of the current stage of the study and to propose the future research direction,to provide a theoretical basis for the implementation of ACT in maintenance hemodialysis patients,and thus to improve the patients'quality of life.
