摘　　要：动物辅助干预(AAI)是一种新兴干预方式,在国内外均有丰富的研究成果,主要干预领域集中在阿尔茨海默病、疼痛、成年人及儿童孤独症等疾病。其中,儿童孤独症(ASD)又称孤独谱系障碍,临床表现包括身体行为异常、社交沟通障碍等,这些症状对患儿及其家庭的正常生活造成严重影响。动物辅助疗法作为一种非药物干预方法,在这一领域的疗效较为突出。因此,本文将对动物辅助干预的相关概念、在孤独症领域的研究概况、应用效果、作用机制、存在的不足之处以及未来的发展方向等方面展开综述,以期为临床及相关工作者提供一定的理论参考。Animal-assisted intervention(AAI)is an emerging intervention modality with rich research results both at home and abroad,and the main intervention areas are focused on Alzheimer's disease,pain,and adult and childhood autism.Among them,childhood autism(ASD),also known as loneliness spectrum disorders,clinical manifestations include physical behavioral abnormalities,social communication disorders,etc.,which seriously affect the normal life of the affected children and their families,and animal-assisted therapies,as a non-pharmacological intervention method,have a more prominent efficacy in this field.Therefore,this paper will review the concept of animal-assisted intervention,the research overview in the field of autism,the application effect,the mechanism of action,the shortcomings,and the direction of future development,with a view to providing certain theoretical references forclinical and relatedworkers.
