摘　　要：对中国人口众多、人口老龄化严重和慢性病发病率高等社会问题,人们越来越关注生活质量,支持性护理作为安宁疗护的特征之一,不断受到推崇和被人们需要。家庭照顾者作为安宁疗护中不可分割的一部分,在全程疾病管理和决策中发挥着重要的作用。尽管我国安宁疗护中临终患者的全方面需求已经得到广泛关注,家庭照顾者的支持需求并未受到重视。本文从临终患者的家庭照顾者的支持需求的相关定义、评估和具体需求内容三方面进行综述,以期为临终患者家庭照顾者需求的支持性干预提供更多参考依据。As China has a large population,a serious aging population and a high incidence of chronic diseases,people are paying more and more attention to the quality of life.As one of the characteristics of hospice care,supportive care is constantly respected and needed by people.As an integral part of hospice care,family caregivers play an important role in the overall disease management and decision-making.Although the comprehensive needs of terminally ill patients in hospice care in our country have received widespread attention,the support needs of family caregivers have not received much attention.This paper summarizes the definition,assessment and specific needs of family caregivers of terminally ill patients,in order to provide more reference for supportive intervention of family caregivers'needs.
