基于CiteSpace与VOSviewer的耳穴疗法治疗失眠研究现状可视化分析

摘　　要：目的探讨耳穴疗法治疗失眠的研究现状及发展趋势。方法检索中国知网、万方数据知识服务平台、维普、中国生物医学文献数据库2000年1月1日至2023年12月31日收录的有关耳穴疗法治疗失眠的相关文献,对文献量、作者、机构、关键词进行可视化分析。结果共纳入2283篇文献,发文量呈总体上升趋势。关键词主要可分为失眠的中医证型、失眠相关疾病名称、耳穴疗法的具体形式、联合中医的特色疗法四类。结论目前,耳穴疗法治疗失眠仍是研究热点,但临床试验缺乏远期疗效评价与客观指标,且动物实验和理论研究较少,耳穴疗法治疗失眠的作用机制仍需进一步阐明。Objective To explore the research status and development trend of ear acupoint therapy for insomnia.Methods Relevant literature on ear acupoint therapy for insomnia included in the CNKI,Wanfang Data,VIP,and SinoMed from January 1,2000 to December 31,2023 were searched.A visualization analysis of the volume of literature,authors,institutions,and key words was conducted.Results A total of 2283 papers were included,indicating a general upward trend in the number of published papers.The key words could be mainly categorized into four types,including traditional Chinese medicine syndrome types of insomnia,names of insomnia-related diseases,specific forms of ear acupoint therapy,and characteristic therapies of combined Chinese medicine.Conclusion At present,the research of ear acupoint therapy for insomnia is still a hotspot.However,clinical trials lack long-term efficacy evaluation and objective indicators.Animal experiments and theoretical studies are relatively few.The mechanism of action of ear acupoint therapy for insomnia still needs to be further elucidated.
