摘  要:目的通过分析不同产地棉团铁线莲中槲皮素和山柰素的含量,为建立蒙药棉团铁线莲质量控制提供依据。方法采用高效液相色谱法,测定槲皮素和山柰素的含量。结果槲皮素和山柰素分别在0.0389~0.5835μg、0.0746~1.1190μg范围内与峰面积具有很好的线性关系,回收率分别为97.40%和94.30%,相对标准偏差分别为1.36%和1.29%(n=6)。结论该方法分离度好,精密度高,可用于棉团铁线莲中槲皮素和山柰素的含量测定。Objective To provide a basis for establishing quality control of Mongolian medicine Clematis hexapetala by analyzing the content of quercetin and kaempferol in Clematis hexapetala from different origins.Methods High performance liquid chromatography was used to determine th e content of quercetin and kaempferol.Results Quercetin and kaempferol showed good linear relationships with peak area in the ranges of 0.0389-0.5835μg and 0.0746-1.1190μg,respectively.The recovery rates were 97.40%and 94.30%,and the relative standard deviations were 1.36%and 1.29%(n=6),respectively.Conclusion This method has good separation accuracy and high precision,and can be used for the determination of quercetin and kaempferol content in Clematis hexapetala.
