摘　　要：目的分析2型糖尿病中医药膳的组方规律,为今后运用食疗调理2型糖尿病提供理论依据。方法筛选《中医药膳大辞典》《中医食疗方全录》《中华医典》,以及在中国知网、维普网、万方数据知识服务平台中检索建库至2023年9月调治2型糖尿病的药膳方文献。选用Microsoft Excel 2016建立数据库,统计药膳方数目、剂型和原料的使用频次等,采用古今医案云平台统计中药材四气五味频次以及采用SPSS 27.0统计学软件进行聚类分析和关联规则分析。结果共筛选出311个药膳方,共涉及原料340种,包括食材226种、药材114种。使用频次前3位的食材是猪胰、大米、白糖,中药材是山药、粳米、黄芪。聚类分析显示可将原料分为5类,关联规则发现23个组合。结论2型糖尿病药膳方组方规律以益气养阴、补肺脾胃类药材为主,辅以补肾涩精类药材及生津益肺类的食材。Objective To analyze the prescription law of Chinese medicated diet for type 2 diabetes mellitus,and to provide theoretical basis for using dietotherapy to regulate type 2 diabetes mellitus in the future.Methods The"Chinese Medicated Diet Dictionary""Full Recording of Food Therapy Recipes of the Traditional Chinese Medicine""Chinese Medical Dictionary",and the Chinese medicated diet literature for the treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus from September 2023 were screened,as well as searched on China National Knowledge Infrastructure,VIP and Wanfang data knowledge service platforms.Microsoft Excel 2016 was selected to establish a database to count the number of Chinese medicated diet prescriptions,dosage forms and the frequency of use of raw materials,etc.The ancient and modern medical record cloud platform was used to count the frequency of four qi and five flavors of Chinese herbal medicines,and SPSS 27.0 software was used for cluster analysis and association rule analysis.Results A total of 311 medicinal recipes were screened out,involving 340 kinds of raw materials,including 226 kinds of ingredients and 114 kinds of medicinal materials.The top three ingredients used frequently were pig pancreas,rice and sugar,and Chinese herbal medicines were yam,japonica rice and astragalus.Cluster analysis showed that raw materials can be divided into 5 categories,and 23 combinations of association rules were found.Conclusion The prescription law of medicated diet for type 2 diabetes mellitus is mainly composed of herbs for invigorating qi and nourishing yin,tonifying lung and spleen and stomach,supplemented by herbs for tonifying kidney and astringent essence,and ingredients for promoting fluid production and benefiting lung.
