基于玄府开阖理论丰富醒脑开窍治法治疗中风的内涵

摘　　要：近年来,以醒脑开窍针法与芳香开窍药为主的醒脑开窍治法,在中风的临床治疗上应用颇广且具有较好疗效。作为较为常见的神经系统疾病,中风的发生可由多种常见的因素导致,其核心病机可总结概括为玄府闭塞。本文通过深入研究窍、玄府与血脑屏障(BBB)三者之间结构与功能的关系,将窍与玄府的内涵联系起来,得出了开窍的实质是宣通玄府的结论。进而以玄府开阖理论为基础,解释了醒脑开窍治法的治疗机理,从新角度丰富了醒脑开窍治法治疗中风的科学内涵。In recent years,the therapy of Xingnao Kaiqiao,which is mainly based on Xingnao Kaiqiao acupuncture and aromatic herbs,has been widely applied in the clinical treatment of stroke and has shown good therapeutic effects.As a common neurological disease,stroke can be caused by various common factors,and its core pathogenesis can be summarized as Xuanfu occlusion.In this paper,the relationship between the structure and function of Qiao,Xuanfu and blood-brain barrier(BBB)is deeply studied,and the connotation of Qiao and Xuanfu is linked,and the conclusion that the essence of enlightenment is opening Xuanfu is drawn.Then,based on the theory of opening and closing of the Xuanfu,it explains the therapeutic mechanism of the method of Xingnao Kaiqiao,and enriches the scientific connotation of the method of Xingnao Kaiqiao in treating stroke from a new perspective.
