感染流感病毒后治疗咳嗽症状的中药应用分析

摘　　要：目的分析感染流感后咳嗽的治疗和中医辨证分型用药规律。方法采用回顾性研究方法收集2024年3月6—20日广东省中医院(广州中医药大学第二附属医院)内科门诊病案资料,运用数据统计等方法分析中医治疗感染流感后咳嗽的用药规律。结果共纳入130个医案,处方130首,涉及中药76味。感染流感后咳嗽主要证型有:风邪犯肺证、肺虚邪恋证、肺气阴两虚证等。中药对治疗感染流感后咳嗽出现频次最高的中药是:白术、黄芪、甘草、防风;中药类型补气健脾,祛湿祛风为主。所有患者的发病时间、地区以及患者机体的反应性不同,或因疾病不同发展阶段患者出现证型(症状:咽干,夜间咳嗽少,流涕,痰少等)不同,因而以习用流感方为基础随证加减用药治疗。结论采用中医药治疗流感感染后咳嗽,不仅医治此症状患者的现状,且可以辨证辅助调理治疗。Objective To analyze the treatment of cough after infection with influenza and medication rules of traditional Chinese medicine syndrome differentiation and classification.Methods A retrospective study was conducted to collect outpatient case data of Internal Medicine Department of Guangdong Provincial Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine(the Second Affiliated Hospital of Guangzhou University of Chinese Medicine)from March 6 to 20,2024.Medication rules in the treatment of cough after infection with influenza using traditional Chinese medicines were analyzed by data statistics and other methods.Results A total of 130 medical cases with 130 prescriptions involving 76 traditional Chinese medicines were included.The main syndrome types of cough after infection with influenza were wind pathogen invading lung syndrome,syndrome of lingering pathogen due to lung deficiency,syndrome of deficiency of both Qi and Yin of lung,etc.The traditional Chinese medicines with the highest frequency for treating cough after infection with influenza were Atractylodis Macrocephalae Rhizoma,Astragali Radix,Glycyrrhizae Radixet Rhizoma,and Saposhnikoviae Radix.The types of traditional Chinese medicines were mainly those used for invigorating Qi and strengthening spleen,and dispelling dampness and wind.The time of onset,region and body reactivity were different in all patients,or patients’syndrome types(symptoms:dry throat,little cough at night,rhinorrhea,little sputum,etc.)are different at different stages of the disease.Thus,they were treated with commonly used influenza formula with the addition and subtraction of medicines according to the syndrome.Conclusion The use of traditional Chinese medicine for the treatment of cough after infection with influenza not only cures the current syndrome of patients with this symptom,but also differentiates the syndrome to assist in adjusting the treatmen t.
