摘　　要：总结陈朝明教授“通督导气”针刺法治疗化疗性恶心呕吐的临证经验。恶心呕吐为化疗最常见的不良反应之一,中医病机总属胃气上逆。陈朝明教授主张以降逆止呕、通督扶正为核心思路,选取督脉穴位为主穴进行针刺,在改善呕吐症状的同时扶助肿瘤患者自身正气,标本兼顾。其现代机制包括抑制迷走神经兴奋性,调节神经递质释放,保护和修复胃肠道黏膜,缓解情绪焦虑等。临床运用“通督导气”针刺法治疗化疗恶心呕吐效果显著,值得进一步研究与推广。The clinical experience of Professor CHEN Chaoming in treating chemotherapy-induced nausea and vomiting with the"Tongdu Daoqi"acupuncture method is summarized.Nausea and vomiting are one of the most common adverse reactions of chemotherapy.The pathogenesis of these symptoms in traditional Chinese medicine always belongs to the upward perversion of stomach Qi.Professor CHEN Chaoming advocates the core idea of repressing upward perversion and relieving nausea,and Tongdu Fuzheng.The Du channel is selected as the main acupoint to perform acupuncture,which improves the symptoms of nausea and vomiting and supports the positive Qi of patients with tumor at the same time,considering both the symptoms and the root cause of nausea and vomiting.Its modern mechanism includes inhibiting vagus nerve excitability,regulating neurotransmitter release,protecting and repairing gastrointestinal mucosa,and relieving emotional anxiety.Clinical use of"Tongdu Daoqi"acupuncture method for the treatment of chemotherapy-induced nausea and vomiting is effective and worthy of further research and promotion.
