摘　　要：目的基于数据分析,探究国医大师熊继柏运用疏肝汤治疗脾胃病的方药规律及经验。方法收集国医大师熊继柏于湖南中医药大学第一附属医院国医堂以疏肝汤为核心处方的医案289例,录入中医传承计算平台(V3.5),运用软件统计药物四气、五味、归经、功效频次,舌脉分布、核心药物、主治疾病,并进行中医疾病、合方及加减用药关联分析。结果疏肝汤方中的药物药性以寒、温、平为主;药味以苦、辛、甘为主;主归脾、肝、胃经;药物主属理气类;舌脉象以苔薄黄、脉弦细为主。疏肝汤主治脾胃病,常合金铃子散、左金丸,喜加青皮、贝母、瓦楞子。结论国医大师熊继柏辨治脾胃病以肝郁气滞、横逆脾胃为核心病机,主张从“木郁达之”论治脾胃病,常用疏肝汤调达肝气、理脾和胃。Objective To investigate the prescription law and experience of Xiong Jibo,a master of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)on spleen and stomach diseases with Shugan Decoction based on data analysis.Methods A total of 289 medical records of Xiong Jibo,a master of TCM,with Shugan Decoction as the core prescription in TCM Clinic of the First Affiliated Hospital of Hunan University of Chinese Medicine were collected and entered into the traditional Chinese medicine inheritance computing platform(V3.5).The software was utilized to statistically analyze frequency of the four properties(cold,hot,warm,cool),five flavors(pungent,sweet,sour,bitter,salty),meridian tropism,functions of medicinal herbs,and the distribution of tongue and pulse characteristics,core herbs,and primary diseases treated.An association analysis of TCM disease,compound prescriptions,and modifications in herbal formulas were conducted.Results The medicinal properties of the drugs in the Shugan Decoction formula were primarily identified as cold,warm,and cool.The flavors were mainly bitter,pungent,and sweet.The main attributions were to the spleen,liver,and stomach meridians.The drugs were primarily categorized as regulating properties.The tongue and pulse were characterized by a thin,yellowish coating and a thin,stringy pulse.Shugan Decoction was found to be primarily used for treating spleen and stomach diseases,often combined with Jinlingzi Powder and Zuojin Pill,with the modification of Qing Pi(green tangerine peel),Bei Mu(fritillary bulb),and Wa Leng Z i(abaloneshell).Conclusion Xiong Jibo,amaster of TCM,treatsspleen and stomach diseases with liver stagnation and qi stagnation as the core pathogenesis,and advocates that spleen and stomach diseases should be treated by"releasing wood when it is depressed",and Shugan Decoction is often used to regulate liver properti es,harmonize the spleen and stomach.
