摘　　要：目的基于数据挖掘方法分析中医药治疗肺炎的用药规律,为临床组方提供科学依据。方法检索自1994年11月至2024年7月古今医案云平台收录治疗肺炎有效医案,经标准化后,对这些医案进行用药频次统计、属性、聚类以及复杂网络分析。结果共纳入医案1700例,涉及中药2144味,频次前8位的中药为甘草、茯苓、桔梗、陈皮、苦杏仁、黄芪、白术、黄芩。属性分析结果表明中药治疗肺炎时以温、平为主药性,甘、苦为主药味,归肺、脾经。聚类分析得到三类不同的药物组方模式,进一步结合复杂网络分析,识别出玉屏风散、杏芩感咳颗粒和麻杏石甘汤加减为核心处方。结论本文系统收集分析中医辨证施治肺炎古今医案,并在此基础上归纳了肺炎喘嗽、肺痈、咳嗽型肺炎的肺经中药的应用及作用机制,旨在为临床肺经中药的选择及开发治疗肺炎相关性疾病新药提供思路,为临床肺经中药的组方提供参考依据。Objective To analyze the medication law of traditional Chinese medicine in treating pneumonia based on data mining method,so as to provide scientific basis for clinical prescription.Methods The effective medical records for treating pneumonia included in the cloud platform of ancient and modern medical records from November 1994 to July 2024 were retrieved.After standardization,these medical records were analyzed by statistics of drug use frequency,attributes,clustering and complex network.Results A total of 1,700 medical records were included,involving 2,144 flavors of Chinese materia medica.The top 8 Chines e materia medica were Radix et Rhizoma Glycyrrhizae,Poria,Radix Platycodonis,Pericarpium Citri Reticulatae,Semen Armeniacae Amarum,Radix Astragali,Rhizoma Atractylodis Macrocephalae and Radix Scutellariae.The attribute analysis results indicated that when treating pneumonia with Chinese materia medica,the primary medicinal properties were warming and neutral,the main flavors were sweet and bitter,and the herbs primarily targeted the lung and spleen meridians.Cluster analysis obtained three different drug prescription patterns,and further combined with complex network analysis,Yupingfeng Powder,Xingqin Ganke Granule and Modified Maxing Shigan Decoction were identified as core prescriptions.Conclusion The ancient and modern medical records of treating pneumonia by TCM syndrome differentiation are systematically collected and analyzed in this paper,and on this basis,the application and mechanism of lung meridian Chinese materia medica for pneumonia are summarized with asthma,lung abscess and cough pneumonia,aiming at providing ideas for the selection of clinical lung meridian Chinese materia medica and the development of new drugs for treating pneumonia-related diseases,and providing reference for the prescription of clinical lung meridian Chines e materia medica.
