摘　　要：目的总结《本草纲目》中生姜的用药规律,为生姜的临床应用提供参考。方法收集《本草纲目》中含有生姜的中药方剂,运用Excel 2019、IBM SPSS Statistics 29.0.1.0、IBM SPASS Modeler 18.0软件,采用频数统计、关联规则、聚类分析等数据挖掘方法对方剂信息进行分析。结果《本草纲目》含生姜的方剂178首,涉及药物210味,高频药物包括生姜、甘草、人参、蜂蜜、半夏、陈皮等。药物功效类别以解表药、补虚药、清热药、化痰止咳平喘药为主,药性以温性居多,药味多为辛味、甘味、苦味,归经多为肺经、脾经,剂型以水煎剂、丸剂为主。常用剂量为一至五两。主治疾病共89种,高频疾病包括呕吐、咳嗽、痢疾等。高频药物关联规则分析得到8组核心药对,聚类分析分为3类。结论《本草纲目》中生姜多具有解表散寒、调和营卫、调和脾胃、止呕的作用,常用于治疗消化系统、呼吸系统疾病。Objective To summarize the medication rules of ginger in the Compendium of Materia Medica,so as to provide reference for the clinical application of ginger.Methods Traditional Chinese medicine formulas containing ginger were collected from the Compendium of Materia Medica.Excel 2019,IBM SPSS Statistics 29.0.1.0,and IBM SPASS Modeler 18.0 software were used to analyze the formula information using data mining methods such as frequency statistics,association rules,and cluster analysis.Results 178 prescriptions for ginger were contained in the Compendium of Materia Medica,involving 210 medicinal herbs.Ginger,licorice,ginseng,honey,Pinellia ternata,tangerine peel,etc.were included as high frequency medicines.The main categories of drug efficacy were external clearing drugs,deficiency tonifying drugs,external heat relieving drugs,and phlegm resolving cough and asthma relieving drugs.The medicinal properties were mostly warm,and the flavors were mostly spicy,sweet,and bitter.The meridian tropisms were mainly the lung meridian and spleen meridian,and the dosage forms were mainly decoction and pills.The commonly used dosage was 1 to 5 taels.There was a total of 89 diseases that were treated,including high-frequency diseases such as vomiting,coughing,dysentery,etc.The analysis of high-frequency drug association rules resulted in 8 core drug pairs,which were classified into 3 categories through cluster analysis.Conclusion Ginger in the Compendium of Materia Medica has the effects of relieving external heat and dispelling cold,harmonizing the body’s health,regulating the spleen and stomach,and stopping nausea.It is commonly used to treat digestive and respiratory system diseases.
