摘　　要：目的研究含硫酸镁的医用冷敷贴在治疗阴道分娩产妇会阴水肿疼痛的效果。方法选取2023年1—10月厦门大学附属妇女儿童医院产科足月单胎分娩产妇为研究对象,将其随机分为观察组和对照组,观察组100例在返回病房时、产后12 h、产后24 h接受含硫酸镁医用冷敷贴治疗,对照组100例使用常规产后护理治疗。通过对两组患者产后12、24、48 h的会阴伤口疼痛程度、肿胀程度、舒适度、伤口愈合情况、治疗满意度进行比较,分析比较两组的差异,评估含硫酸镁医用冷敷贴的疗效。结果观察组的会阴伤口疼痛程度、肿胀程度、总舒适度、治疗总满意度明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组的伤口甲级愈合情况优于对照组,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论含硫酸镁医用冷敷贴可有效降低阴道分娩产妇的会阴水肿,缓解疼痛,促进恢复,值得临床推广应用。Objective To study the therapeutic effect of medical cold compress containing magnesium sulfate on perineal edema and pain in vaginal delivery women.Methods Women who gave birth to a single child at full term in the Obstetrical Department,Women and Children’s Hospital Affiliated to Xiamen University from January to October 2023 were selected as the study subjects.They were randomly divided into an observation group and a control group.100 cases of the observation group received magnesium sulfate medical cold compress treatment at the time of returning to the ward,12 hours after delivery,and 24 hours after delivery,while the control group of 100 cases received conventional postpartum care treatment.By comparing the pain,swelling,comfort,wound healing,and treatment satisfaction of perineal wounds between the two groups of patients at 12 hours after delivery,24 hours after delivery,and 48 hours after delivery,the differences between the two groups were analyzed and the therapeutic effect of m agnesium sulfate medical cold compress was evaluated.Results The degree of perineal wound pain,swelling,total comfort,and total treatment satisfaction of the observation group were significantly better than that of the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).And the grade A wound healing of the observation group was better than that of the control group,but the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion Medical cold compress containing magnesium sulfate can effectively reduce perineal edema,relieve pain,and promote recovery in vaginal delivery women,and is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
