中医护理技术临床应用面临的问题及对策探讨

摘　　要：近年来,随着中医药事业在国际上的推广和发展,中医技术在世界各地获得广泛认可,其地位也得到显著提高。尤其在西医技术难以解决的疾病种类还在不断增多的背景下,越来越多的人开始关注中医治疗。中医护理作为中医重要的组成部分,中医护理技术也日渐成熟并在临床广泛运用,为广大患者提供了良好的治疗效果,然而目前中医护理技术的发展仍面临一些新问题、新挑战,如中医护理专业人才较匮乏、中医护理方案评价指标的局限性、中医护理技术在临床应用受阻以及中医护理技术的推广不足等。本文通过查阅文献综述,结合湖南中医药大学第一附属医院中医护理技术临床实践应用的进展情况,总结其在临床应用中遇到的问题及解决对策,旨在为中医护理技术的进一步推广和发展提供参考。In recent years,with the international promotion and development of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM),TCM technology has been widely recognized around the world,and its status has been significantly improved.In particular,the types of diseases that cannot be solved by Western medicine technology are gradually increasing,and more people are turning to Chinese medicine treatment.As an important part of TCM nursing,TCM nursing technology is becoming more and more mature and widely used in clinical practice,providing good therapeutic effect for the majority of patients.However,the development of TCM nursing technology is still facing some new problems and challenges.Such as the shortage of TCM nursing professionals,the limitations of TCM nursing program evaluation indicators,the hindered clinical application of TCM nursing technology and the insufficient promotion of TCM nursing technology.Through literature review and the progress of clinical practice application of TCM nursing technology in the First Affiliated Hospital of Hunan University of Chinese Medicine,this paper summarizes the problems encountered in clinical application and their solutions,aiming to provide reference for the further promotion and development of TCM nurs ing technology.
