摘　　要：针对25 Hz相敏轨道电路室外设备电气特性参数采集方法不完备的问题,研发可实时在线监测室内外设备电气特性参数的智能监测系统。介绍该系统的构成、工作原理;阐述参数采集模块的安全设计思路和采集位置设置原则、通信软件模块的功能等。对比正常情况和模拟故障情况下的测试数据,结果表明:该系统可以准确监测轨道电路的运行状态,并自动进行分析,输出报警,从而提高运输效率,保证行车安全。A smart monitoring system is developed to address the issue of incomplete collection methods for electrical characteristic parameters of outdoor equipment in 25 Hz phase sensitive track circuits,which is capable of real-time online monitoring of electrical characteristic parameters of indoor and outdoor equipment.The composition and working principle of the system are introduced and the security design concept of the parameter acquisition module,the principles for setting the data acquisition location and the functions of the communication software module are explained.The test data under normal conditions and simulated fault conditions were compared.The test results show that the system can accurately detect the operating status of track circuits,automatically analyze and output alarms,thus improving transportation efficiency and ensuring train operation safety.
