摘  要:计轴主机安装的数字板卡种类繁多、功能复杂,人工测试时效率低、准确率不高,返厂维修时难以快速定位故障。为此,设计一种自动测试平台,采用主测试台连接接口板的硬件架构,具有较强的通用性和扩展性;通过软件可实现多种接口的数据及状态采集,并转发给上位机;可按照上位机命令输出相应信息到对应接口;由接口板实现主测试台与被测板卡之间信号电平转换、接口转接等;上位机软件通过编写测试脚本或操作可视化界面来编制测试案例,可根据客户需求进行定制化测试。该平台已多次应用于国铁、城轨项目中计轴主机数字板卡的测试,满足高效、高准确度自动测试的要求。The various types and complex functions of digital boards installed on the axle counter host result in low efficiency and accuracy of manual testing,as well as difficulty in quickly locating faults during factory repairs.Therefore,an automatic testing platform is designed,which adopts a hardware architecture of connecting the main testing bench to the interface board and has strong universality and scalability.It can collect data from multiple interfaces via software and forward the data to the host computer.At the same time,it outputs corresponding data to the appropriate interface according to commands from the host computer.The interface board performs signal level conversion and interface adaptation for signals between the main test bench and the tested board.The host computer software can create test cases by writing test scripts or operating visual interfaces,and can customize testing according to customer needs.This platform has been repeatedly applied to the testing of digital boards for axle counters in national railway and urban rail projects,meeting the requirements of efficient and high-precision automatic testing.
