摘 要:铁路数字移动通信系统(GSM-R)和固定用户接入系统(FAS)是铁路调度通信的关键系统,分别承担着铁路无线调度指挥业务和有线调度指挥业务,GSM-R与FAS的互联互通,实现了铁路移动网络和固定网络的融合。连接建立失败概率是考察铁路调度通信系统面向用户的网络承载能力和服务质量的重要指标,关系到铁路调度指挥的运行效能、行车组织能力和行车安全。针对铁路通信动态检测中GSM-R与FAS联网调试连接建立失败概率较高问题,从设备互联、信令互联、业务互联3个方面进行分析,对物理通道互连、基群速率接口(PRI)特性、数据配置、1号数字用户信令系统(DSS1信令)流程、信令测试等要素,进行详细拆解和排查,最后找出两系统互联时时钟不同步导致PRI接口处部分DSS1信令重读或丢失,是造成呼叫失败的隐性原因。对比制定解决方案,为类似GSM-R系统和FAS系统互联互通故障分析提供参考。Global System for Mobile Communications-Railway(GSM-R)and fixed user access system(FAS)are the key systems for railway dispatching communication.They are responsible for railway wireless dispatching command service and wired dispatching command service respectively.GSM-R system and FAS system are interconnected to realize the integration of railway mobile network and fixed network.The probability of connection establishment failure is an important index to investigate the user-oriented network carrying capacity and service quality of railway dispatching communication system,which is related to the operation efficiency of railway dispatching command,traffic organization capability and train operation safety.Aiming at rather high probability of failure of the network debugging connection between GSM-R and FAS in the dynamic detection of railway communication,the elements of physical channel interconnection,basic group rate interface(PRI)feature,data configuration,digital subscriber signaling system 1(DSS1 signaling system)process,and signaling testing are disintegrated and investigated in detail from the three aspects of equipment interconnection,signaling interconnection and service interconnection.Finally,it is found that some DSS1 signaling at the PRI interface is reread or lost due to clock unsynchronization during the interconnection of the two systems,which is the hidden cause of the call failure.The solution can provide reference for analyzing similar interconnection faults of GSM-R systems and FAS systems.
