摘  要:由于机车综合无线通信设备(CIR)既有软件控制电源芯片复位方式达不到预期效果,导致CIR进路预告接收不良故障长期存在。通过分析CIR既有软件控制电源芯片复位原理,借鉴CTCS-3级列控车载电台看门狗硬复位方式,提出采用看门狗硬复位方式进行优化,同时将复位次数由有限次优化为无限次直至复位成功。从应用效果看,CIR看门狗硬复位效果良好,进路预告接收不良故障数较2023年同期下降95%。基于现场应用经验,提出异常状态下主动进行硬复位、优化看门狗硬复位时间间隔、将看门狗硬复位方式延伸至CIR语音单元等设备、研发CIR在线监测系统等技术建议,确保车载通信设备安全。As the existing control power chip reset mode of the cab integrated radio(CIR)software cannot achieve the expected effect,poor reception of CIR route notice exists for quite a long time.By analyzing the principle of control power chip reset mode of the CIR software and referring to the watchdog hard reset mode of CTCS-3 level train control equipment's onboard radio station,a watchdog hard reset mode is proposed for optimization.At the same time,the reset times are optimized from finite times to infinite times until the reset is successful.From the application effect,the effect of CIR watchdog hard reset is good,and the number of poor reception of CIR route notice is reduced by 95%compared with the same period in 2023.Based on the field application experience,technical suggestions are put forward such as actively performing hard reset under abnormal conditions,optimizing the watchdog hard reset interval,extending the watchdog hard reset mode to CIR voice unit and other devices,and developing CIR online monitoring system etc.to ensure the safety of on-board communication equipment.
