血清4型禽腺病毒和禽戊型肝炎病毒共感染对SPF鸡胚及SPF鸡的致病性分析

摘  要:此前有报道曾从不同肝脏损伤病例中鉴定到禽戊型肝炎病毒(aHEV)与血清4型禽腺病毒(FAdV-4)的共感染,为进一步观察FAdV和aHEV在鸡体内共感染的致病情况,本研究分别将aHEV-YT和FAdV-4 GY单独或共同感染SPF鸡胚和雏鸡,观察不同感染情况对SPF鸡胚孵化率、雏鸡排毒等方面的差异。结果显示:FAdV-4单感染、aHEV单感染和先后共感染鸡胚后,鸡胚出壳率分别为0、73.30%和40.00%;雏鸡感染实验则显示aHEV-YT单感染1日龄SPF鸡不致死,100 TCID50 FAdV-4 GY单感染对28日龄SPF鸡的死亡率为100.00%,而1日龄先感染aHEV-YT后再感染同等剂量FAdV-4 GY死亡率仅为25.00%。结果表明,aHEV与FAdV-4的共感染相比FAdV-4 GY单独感染均降低了致死率,这为进一步了解两者共感染致病特点与机制提供了一定参考。The co-infection of avian Hepatitis E virus(aHEV)and Fowl adenovirus-4(FAdV-4)has been previously demonstrated in different liver injury cases.The purpose of the present study was to further observe the pathogenic effect of FAdV and aHEV co-infection in chicks.In this study,The single infection and co-infection with aHEV-YT and FAdV-4 GY were conducted in SPF chicken embryos and chicks in order to investigate the effects of different infection conditions on the hatchability and virus shedding.The hatchability rates of the infected chicken embryos were 0,73.3%and 40%for FAdV-4 single infection,aHEV single infection and co-infection,respectively.The aHEV-YT single infection did not kill 1-day-old SPF chicks.However,the mortality rates were 100%for 28-day-old SPF chicks infected with 100 TCID50 FAdV-4 GY and 25%for 1-day-old SPF chicks co-infected with aHEV-YT and FAdV-4 GY.These results showed that co-infection reduced the lethality of FAdV-4 to SPF chicken embryos and chicks,which provided a reference for further understanding the pathogenic characteristics and mechanism of these viruses.
