摘 要:为获得孔氏艾美耳球虫的地理分布及不同地理株的致病性和免疫原性。本研究应用单卵囊分离技术,根据形态学特征获得孔氏艾美耳球虫石家庄株(E.kongi-SJZ),基于ITS-1构建系统发育树,进一步鉴定该虫株。同时,研究了孔氏艾美耳球虫石家庄株的致病性和免疫原性。结果显示,孔氏艾美耳球虫石家庄株(E.kongi-SJZ)与孔氏艾美耳球虫张家口株(E.kongi-ZJK)聚为一个小支,位于兔球虫的单系群内,且位于无外残体的姐妹谱系上,该株球虫属于孔氏艾美耳球虫的一个地理株,具有中等致病性及较强的免疫原性。该结果不仅丰富了兔球虫物种多样性,也为兔球虫病防控提供了依据。To investigate the geographical distribution,pathogenicity and immunogenicity of different Eimeria Kongi strains,the Shijiazhuang strain of E.kongi(E.Kongi-SJZ)was isolated using the single oocyst isolation technique and its phylogenetic tree was constructed based on ITS-1 sequence data in this study.At the same time,the pathogenicity and immunogenicity of E.kongi-SJZ were studied to further characterize this strain.The results showed that E.Kongi-SJZ and E.kongi-ZJK were clustered into a small branch,which located in the monophyletic cluster of rabbit coccidia and in the sister lineage without external residuum.This strain belonged to a geographical strain of E.kongi with moderate pathogenicity and strong immunogenicity.The results not only enriched the species diversity of rabbit coccidia but also provided a basis for the prevention and control of rabbit coccidiosis.
