摘 要:细菌生物膜是由多个细菌组成的群落结构,发挥着抵御外界恶劣环境的作用。研究发现细菌生物膜是细菌产生耐药性的重要原因之一,给食品和医疗等行业带来巨大的经济损失。而噬菌体作为能够感染并裂解细菌的病毒,可以有效抑制并清除细菌生物膜。近年来研究表明噬菌体还能够促进细菌生物膜的形成,因此噬菌体与细菌生物膜的相互作用仍需要深入研究。本文综述了目前关于噬菌体和细菌生物膜的相互作用研究所取得的重要进展,包括作用机制、影响因素,以及噬菌体防控细菌生物膜形成的潜力等,为应用噬菌体有效遏制细菌危害提供理论依据。Bacterial biofilms are community structures composed of multiple bacteria and play a role in resisting the harsh external environment.Previous studies have demonstrated that bacterial biofilms cause antibiotic resistance,which leads to huge economic losses in the food and medical industries.Bacteriophages(phages)are viruses that infect and lyse bacteria,thus effectively inhibit and eradicate bacterial biofilms.Nonetheless,it has been also revealed that phages promote biofilms formation.Therefore,the interactions between phages and bacterial biofilms need to be further deeply studied.Here,we reviewed the current progress of the interactions between phages and bacterial biofilms,including the mechanisms,infl uencing factors and application potentials of phages for controlling bacterial biofilm formation.We hoped that this summary would provide theoretical basis for phages to effectively prevent and control bacterial harms.
