固本清源治肺癌

摘　　要：肺癌为本虚标实之证,本虚为正气亏虚,标实为痰、瘀、热、毒,治应固本清源,根据患者机体状态,或以固本为主,或以清源为要,固本与清源各有侧重,总以固本为基础,结合清热解毒、活血化瘀、祛湿化痰、软坚散结等清源之法,以祛病邪。疾病初中期清源宜行气散结,清热解毒,常用浙贝母、金荞麦、山慈菇、猫爪草、赤芍、栀子、薄荷、皂角刺等;固本以补益肺脾为主,常用药物有茯苓、炒白术、当归、薏苡仁。病变后期,清源以活血化瘀为主,常用药物有川芎、柴胡、丹参、桃仁、三七粉等;固本以补益气血阴阳为主,常用药物有白术、熟地黄、鹿角霜等。总以“固本”为基础,结合清热解毒、活血化瘀、祛湿化痰、软坚散结等清源之法,以祛病邪。Based on the theory of "consolidating the foundation and clearing the source",the pathogenesis of lung cancer is characterized by deficiency of the body′s healthy qi,stagnation of qi,retention of phlegm and dampness,accumulation of blood stasis,and persistence of heat toxins,presenting a complex and variable disease mechanism."Deficiency","toxin" and "blood stasis" are the main pathological factors,and the deficiency of the body′s healthy qi and intermingled toxin and blood stasis are the fundamental pathogenesis.The treatment should focus on clearing the source and consolidating the foundation.In the early and middle stages of the disease,clearing the source involves promoting the circulation of qi,dissipating binds,and clearing heat and detoxifying.Commonly used drugs include Zhebeimu(Bulbus Fritillariae Thunbergii),Jinqiaomai(Rhizoma Fagopyri Dibotryis),Shancigu(Pseudobulbus Cremastrae seu Pleiones),Maozhuacao(Radix Ranunculi Ternati),Chishao(Radix Paeoniae Rubra),Zhizi(Fructus Gardeniae),Bohe(Herba Menthae),Zaojiaoci(Spina Gleditsiae),etc.Consolidating the foundation mainly involves tonifying the lung and spleen.Commonly used drugs include Fuling(Poria),fried Baizhu(Rhizoma Atractylodis Macrocephalae),Danggui(Radix Angelicae Sinensis),and Yiyiren(Semen Coicis).In the later stage of the lesion,the treatment focuses on promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis,with commonly used drugs including Chuanxiong(Rhizoma Chuanxiong),Chaihu(Radix Bupleuri),Danshen(Radix Salviae Miltiorrhizae),Taoren(Semen Persicae),power of Sanqi(Radix et Rhizoma Notoginseng),etc.For consolidating the foundation,the treatment mainly aims at tonifying qi,blood,yin and yang,with commonly used drugs such as Baizhu(Rhizoma Atractylodis Macrocephalae),Shudihuang(Radix Rehmanniae Praeparata),Lujiaoshuang(Cornu Cervi Degelatinatum),etc.In conclusion,"consolidating the foundation" serves as the foundation,combined with methods such as clearing heat and detoxifying,promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis,eliminating
