经典名方桑螵蛸散的古代文献考证及现代临床应用

摘　　要：目的:对桑螵蛸散的历史源流和关键信息进行考证,并总结其现代临床应用,为其深入研究和开发提供文献学依据。方法:基于湖南中医药大学图书馆馆藏资料、中医智库、博览医书数据库、中医世家、中医古籍数据库、读秀数据库等,以“桑螵蛸散”“桑螵蛸”为关键词、主题词进行古籍资料检索,同时查阅影印版古籍进行内容审校,对桑螵蛸散的出处、主治病症、药物组成、功效方义、剂量折算、基原炮制等展开系统考证;在中国知网以“桑螵蛸散”为关键词或主题词进行检索,对桑螵蛸散现代临床应用进行总结。结果:桑螵蛸散在药物组成与配伍、药物剂量与炮制、煎煮服用方法等方面基本沿用原方。原方剂量换算现代剂量为桑螵蛸41.3 g,远志41.3 g,石菖蒲41.3 g,龙骨41.3 g,人参41.3 g,茯神41.3 g,当归41.3 g,龟甲41.3 g。组方药物基原基本清晰,各药物的基原和炮制方法明确。服用方法为以上药物粉碎成末后每服8.26 g,另取人参3~5 g水煎,取汁送服,每日睡前服1次。桑螵蛸散功擅调补心肾,固精止遗,主治心肾两虚证,可治疗尿频、尿浊、遗精、遗尿、健忘、厌食、疳证等疾病,现代多用于治疗泌尿、消化、循环系统疾病。结论:桑螵蛸散的出处、主治病症、药物组成、功效方义、剂量折算、基原炮制等关键信息明确,现代临床应用广泛,为其深入研究和开发提供了文献学依据。Objective:To conduct the textual research on the historical origin and key information of Mantis Egg Shell Powder and summarize its modern clinical application,providing a philological basis for further research and development.Methods:Based on resources from Hunan University of Chinese Medicine Library,databases including Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM) Think Tank,Bolan Medical Books,TCM Family,TCM Ancient Books Database,and Duxiu Database,etc.,we searched for ancient literature using keywords such as " Mantis Egg Shell Powder" and " Mantis Egg Shell ".At the same time,original texts of ancient books were also cross-checked for accuracy.A systematic investigation was conducted on the origin,indications,composition,efficacy,dosage conversion,and processing methods of Mantis Egg Shell Powder.Modern clinical application was summarized by searching the China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI) with "Mantis Egg Shell Powder" as the keyword.Results:The composition,compatibility,dosage,processing,and decoction methods of Mantis Egg Shell Powder largely follow the original formula.The modern equivalent dosage is:Sangpiaoxiao(Mantis Egg Shell) 41.3 g,Yuanzhi(Radix Polygalae) 41.3 g,Shichangpu(Rhizoma Acori Tatarinowii) 41.3 g,Longgu(Os Draconis) 41.3 g,Renshen(Ginseng) 41.3 g,Fushen(Sclerotium Poriae Pararadicis) 41.3 g,Danggui(Radix Angelicae Sinensis) 41.3 g,and Guijia(Carapax et Plastrum Testudinis) 41.3 g.The botanical origins and processing methods of the ingredients are well-defined.The administration method involves grinding the ingredients into powder,with a total dosage of 8.26 g per administration.Additionally,3-5 g of Renshen(Ginseng) is decocted in water,and the resulting liquid is used to swallow the powder,taken once daily before bedtime.Mantis Egg Shell Powder is effective in tonifying the heart and kidney,consolidating essence,and arresting involuntary emissions.It treats syndromes of dual deficiency of the heart and kidney,including frequent urination,turbid urine,nocturnal emissions,enuresis,forge
