扶正通窍汤治疗脾肺气虚型过敏性鼻炎临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察扶正通窍汤治疗脾肺气虚型过敏性鼻炎的临床疗效。方法:将98例脾肺气虚型过敏性鼻炎患者按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组各49例。对照组给予盐酸左西替利嗪分散片,观察组在对照组治疗的基础上给予扶正通窍汤治疗。比较两组患者的临床疗效、不良反应发生率及治疗前后临床症状积分、免疫功能[免疫球蛋白E(immunoglobulin E,IgE)、T辅助细胞1(T helper 1,Th1)/T辅助细胞2(T helper 2,Th2)]、炎症因子水平[白细胞介素(interleukin,IL)-4、IL-5、IL-10及IL-17]、微量元素含量[锌(Zn)、铜(Cu)及锰(Mn)]变化情况。结果:两组患者治疗后临床症状积分低于本组治疗前,且治疗后观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组有效率为95.92%,高于对照组的75.57%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组IgE为(9.27±2.91) IU·L^(-1),低于对照组的(17.35±3.29) IU·L^(-1),Th1/Th2为(1.09±0.09),显著高于对照组的(0.93±0.12),差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组IL-4为(8.71±0.92) ng·L^(-1)、IL-5为(3.73±0.52) ng·L^(-1)、IL-10为(11.53±1.01) ng·L^(-1)、IL-17为(20.36±2.39) ng·L^(-1),均低于本组治疗前及对照组治疗后,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组Zn含量为(88.23±9.46) U·mL^(-1),高于本组治疗前及对照组治疗后,观察组Cu含量为(20.18±2.46)μmol·L^(-1)、Mn含量为(83.17±8.89)μmol·L^(-1),低于本组治疗前及对照组治疗后,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组不良反应发生率为10.20%,低于对照组的26.53%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:扶正通窍汤治疗脾肺气虚型过敏性鼻炎,可缓解患者的临床症状,调节免疫功能和微量元素含量,从而抑制炎症因子水平。Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of Decoction for Reinforcing Healthy Qi and Unblocking Orifices in the treatment of allergic rhinitis of spleen and lung qi deficiency type.Methods:A total of 98 patients with allergic rhinitis of spleen and lung qi deficiency type were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group according to the random number table method,with 49 cases in each group.The control group was given Levocetirizine Dihydrochloride Dispersible Tablets,while the observation group was additionally treated with Decoction for Reinforcing Healthy Qi and Unblocking Orifices on the basis of the control group′s treatment.The clinical efficacy,changes in clinical symptom score,immune function [such as immunoglobulin E(IgE),T helper 1(Th1)/T helper 2(Th2)],inflammatory factor levels [such as interleukin(IL)-4,IL-5,IL-10 and IL-17],trace element contents [such as zinc(Zn),copper(Cu) and manganese(Mn)] before and after treatment,and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:After treatment,the clinical symptom scores of the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the observation group′s was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The effective rate of the observation group was 95.92%,which was higher than 75.57% of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The IgE of the observation group was(9.27±2.91) IU·L^(-1),which was lower than(17.35±3.29) IU·L^(-1) of the control group,and Th1/Th2 was(1.09±0.09),which was significantly higher than(0.93±0.12) of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The IL-4 of the observation group was(8.71±0.92) ng·L^(-1),IL-5 was(3.73±0.52) ng·L^(-1),IL-10 was(11.53±1.01) ng·L^(-1),and IL-17 was(20.36±2.39) ng·L^(-1),which were all lower than those before treatment in the observation group and after treatment in the control group,and allthe differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The Zn content of the observation group w
