益气活血消腺方治疗儿童腺样体肥大气虚血瘀证临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察益气活血消腺方治疗儿童腺样体肥大气虚血瘀证的临床疗效。方法:选取2023年6月至2024年7月在江苏省中医院儿科门诊就诊的腺样体肥大气虚血瘀证患儿60例,予以益气活血消腺方口服治疗,8周为1个疗程,观察治疗前后中医证候疗效、主症证候(鼻塞、打鼾、张口呼吸)积分、腺样体厚度(adenoid,A)/鼻咽腔宽度(nasopharyngeal,N)比值评分。结果:益气活血消腺方治疗有效率为93.33%,治疗4周后与治疗8周后主症(鼻塞、打鼾、张口呼吸)积分均较治疗前降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗8周后,A/N比值评分较治疗前降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:益气活血消腺方可显著改善腺样体肥大气虚血瘀证患儿A/N比值,缓解临床症状。Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of Decoction for Supplementing Qi and Activating Blood and Removing Adenoid Hypertrophy on children with adenoid hypertrophy of qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome.Methods:A total of 60 children with adenoid hypertrophy of qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome who visited the pediatric outpatient department of Jiangsu Province Hospital of Chinese Medicine from June 2023 to July 2024 were selected and treated with Decoction for Supplementing Qi and Activating Blood and Removing Adenoid Hypertrophy for oral administration.An 8-week period constituted one course of treatment.The therapeutic l efficacy,TCM syndromes the scores of main symptoms(nasal congestion,snoring,and mouth breathing),and the A/N ratio score before and after treatment were observed between the two groups.Results:The effective rate of Decoction for Supplementing Qi and Activating Blood and Removing Adenoid Hypertrophy was 93.33%.After 4 weeks and 8 weeks of treatment,the scores of the main symptoms(nasal congestion,snoring,and mouth breathing) were significantly lower than those before treatment(P<0.05).After 8 weeks of treatment,the A/N ratio score was significantly lower than that before treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion:Decoction for Supplementing Qi and Activating Blood and Removing Adenoid Hypertrophy can significantly improve the A/N value and alleviate clinical symptoms.
