鼻内镜下治疗鼻骨骨折伴外伤性鼻中隔偏曲患者的效果分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨鼻骨骨折合并外伤性鼻中隔偏曲患者采用鼻内镜治疗的临床效果。方法:回顾性分析2021年6月—2024年7月泰安市中医医院收治的82例鼻骨骨折合并外伤性鼻中隔偏曲患者资料,依据不同的治疗方法将其分为对照组及研究组,每组41例。对照组采用传统手术治疗,研究组采用鼻内镜治疗。对比两组手术疗效、通气功能及鼻外形、手术时间及并发症发生情况。结果:研究组的手术总有效率为97.56%,高于对照组的80.49%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗5 d后,研究组的通气功能、鼻外形评分均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组的手术时间短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组的并发症总发生率2.44%,低于对照组的19.51%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:鼻骨骨折合并外伤性鼻中隔偏曲患者采用鼻内镜治疗可明显提升效果及安全性,有效缩短手术时间,显著提升患者预后水平。Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of nasal endoscopy in patients with nasal bone fracture with traumatic deviation of nasal septum.Methods:Data of 82 patients with nasal bone fracture combined with traumatic deviation of nasal septum admitted to Tai'an Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from June 2021 to July 2024 were retrospectively analyzed,and were divided into a control group and a study group according to different treatment methods,with 41 cases in each group.The control group was treated with traditional surgery,and the study group was treated with nasal endoscopic.The operative effect,ventilation function and nasal appearance score,operation time and the occurrence of complications of the two groups were observed and compared.Results:The total operative effective rate of the study group was 97.56%,which was higher than 80.49%of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Five days after treatment,the scores of ventilation function and nasal appearance in the study group were lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The operation time of the study group was shorter than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total complication rate of the study group was 2.44%,which was lower than 9.51%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Endoscopic treatment of patients with nasal bone fracture complicated with traumatic deviation of nasal septum can significantly improve the efficacy and safety,effectively shorten the operation time,and significantly improve the prognosis of patients.
