摘 要:目的:分析急性脑梗死患者血清胱抑素C(CysC)及凝血功能的临床检验价值。方法:回顾性分析2021年2月—2023年6月辽宁省金秋医院收治的30例急性脑梗死患者资料,将其纳入研究组;另分析同一时期在该院进行体检的30例健康者资料,将其纳入对照组。两组均进行CysC及凝血功能检验,对比两组检验结果,并根据疾病分型将研究组分为完全型脑梗死组和进展型脑梗死组,对比两组急性脑梗死患者的CysC及凝血功能检验结果,运用受试者操作特征(ROC)曲线分析CysC及凝血功能在急性脑梗死及不同分型患者中的临床检验价值。结果:研究组CysC、纤维蛋白原(FIB)水平均高于对照组,凝血酶原时间(PT)、活化部分凝血活酶时间(APTT)、凝血酶时间(TT)均短于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。ROC曲线分析表明,CysC及凝血功能检验联合检测诊断急性脑梗死患者的曲线下面积(AUC)为0.904,均大于各指标单独检测。进展型脑梗死组CysC、FIB水平均低于完全型脑梗死组,PT、APTT、TT均长于完全型脑梗死组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。ROC曲线分析表明,CysC及凝血功能联合检测诊断不同分型急性脑梗死患者的AUC为0.996,均大于各指标单独检测。结论:急性脑梗死患者行CysC及凝血功能检验,有助于明确患者的病情,评估患者的疾病类型,从而为其临床治疗提供参考,具有一定的临床应用价值。Objective:To analyze the clinical value of serum cystatin(CysC)and coagulation function in patients with acute cerebral infarction.Methods:Data 30 patients with acute cerebral infarction admitted to Jinqiu Hospital of Liaoning Province from February 2021 to June 2023 were retrospectively analyzed and enrolled into the study group;another 30 healthy patients who underwent physical examination in the same period were selected and included in the control group.CysC and coagulation function test were performed in both groups.The test results of the two groups were compared,and the study group was divided into complete cerebral infarction group and progressive cerebral infarction group according to disease type.The CysC and coagulation function test results of acute cerebral infarction patients in the two groups were compared.The clinical value of CysC and coagulation function in patients with acute cerebral infarction and different types of acute cerebral infarction was analyzed by receiver operating characteristic(ROC)curve.Results:The levels of CysC and fibrinogen(FIB)in the study group were higher than those in the control group,and the prothrombin time(PT),activated partial thrombin time(APTT)and thrombin time(TT)in the study group were shorter than those in the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).ROC curve analysis showed that the area under the crure(AUC)of CysC combined with coagulation function test in the diagnosis of acute cerebral infarction was 0.904,which was higher than those of each index alone.The levels of CysC and FIB in progressive cerebral infarction group were lower than those in complete cerebral infarction group,and PT,APTT and TT were longer than those in complete cerebral infarction group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).ROC curve analysis showed that the AUC of CysC and coagulation function combined detection in the diagnosis of different types of acute cerebral infarction patients was 0.996,which was higher than those of each index alone.Conclusion:CysC
