酒浸灵仙通痹方联合皮部理论指导下中医定向透药治疗痛风性关节炎的有效性及安全性分析

摘　　要：目的:分析酒浸灵仙通痹方联合皮部理论指导下中医定向透药对痛风性关节炎(GA)患者的影响。方法:选取2023年8月—2024年4月黔西南州中医院收治的62例GA患者为研究对象,按随机数字表法将其分为对照组及研究组,各31例。对照组行常规西医治疗,研究组在对照组基础上采用酒浸灵仙通痹方联合皮部理论指导下中医定向透药治疗。比较两组患者的临床疗效、炎症因子水平及不良反应发生情况。结果:研究组的治疗总有效率为93.55%,高于对照组的74.19%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,研究组的C反应蛋白水平为(10.84±1.02)mg/L,低于对照组的(15.33±1.58)mg/L,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组的不良反应发生率为16.13%,与对照组的22.58%比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:酒浸灵仙通痹方联合皮部理论指导下中医定向透药可缓解GA患者的症状,减轻其炎症反应,且无严重不良反应,具有一定的应用价值,值得临床借鉴。Objective:To analyze the effect of wine soaked Lingxian Tongbi Prescription combined with traditional Chinese medicine directional penetration therapy under the guidance of cutaneous regions theory for gouty arthritis(GA)patients.Methods:A total of 62 GA patients admitted to Qianxinan Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from August 2023 to April 2024 were selected as the study objects,and were divided into a control group and a study group according to random number table method,with 31 cases in each group.The control group received conventional western medicine treatment,on the basis of the control group,the study group received wine soaked Lingxian Tongbi Prescription combined with traditional Chinese medicine directional penetration therapy under the guidance of cutaneous regions theory.The clinical efficacy,levels of inflammatory factors and occurrence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of the study group was 93.55%,which was higher than 74.19%of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of C-reactive protein in the study group was(10.84±1.02)mg/L,which was lower than(15.33±1.58)mg/L,of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of the adverse reactions in the study group was 16.13%,which was not statistically significant compared with 22.58%in the control group(P>0.05).Conclusion:Wine soaked Lingxian Tongbi Prescription combined with traditional Chinese medicine directional penetration therapy under the guidance of cutaneous regions theory can relieve the symptoms of GA patients,reduce the inflammatory response,and no serious adverse reactions,which has certain application value and is worth clinical reference.
