就业服务视角下对北京地区高职院校在校生择业观的探析

摘　　要：在校生在校期间形成的择业观对毕业后的就业选择具有重要影响。择业观越务实,毕业时越可能迅速就业。通过调查发现,北京地区拥有社会实践经历的在校高职生对自己毕业后的角色定位比无此经历的学生更清晰,对自己的工作期望更务实,从事新业态工作的可能性更大。家庭成员中有从事新业态工作的学生比没有从事这方面工作的学生更愿意选择新业态方面的工作。与过去的高职生相比,当前高职生择业时比较重视自由和接受新事物,对新业态的岗位或职位并不排斥。为此,北京高职院校应为高职生提供更多专业对口且能提升专业技能的企业实践机会,在就业服务方面引导高职生把非公用人单位或新业态岗位作为重要的择业方向。The career outlook formed by students during their time in school has a significant impact on their employment choices after graduation.The more pragmatic the intention of choosing a career,the more likely to quickly find employment upon graduation,otherwise it may delay employment.Through investigation,it was found that vocational college students in Beijing attach great importance to practical opportunities in enterprises during their time in school.Vocational college students with social practice experience have a clearer role positioning after graduation than students without such experience,and have more practical expectations for their work.They are more likely to engage in new types of work.Students who have family members working in new formats are more willing to work in new formats than those who have not.Compared to the past,current vocational college students attach more importance to freedom and embrace new things when choosing careers,and do not reject positions or positions in new formats.Therefore,vocational colleges in Beijing should provide more enterprise-based practical opportunities that match students'majors and can enhance their professional skills.In terms of employment services,they should guide vocational college students to consider non-public employment units or new business positions as important career choices.
