摘 要:基于2021年中国综合社会调查(CGSS2021)数据,分析青年大学生就业状况,并运用二元Logistic回归模型分析个体特征对青年大学生就业状态的影响。研究发现,16-24岁的青年大学生和女性青年大学生就业问题突出,67.9%的未就业者三个月内未寻找工作,就业单位以企事业单位和无单位/自雇型为主,劳动权益保障待加强,学历越低合同签订率越低,性别和年龄显著影响青年大学生的就业状态。通过引导青年大学生树立正确的就业观念,提升就业和求职能力,专项精准帮扶重点群体,解决家庭料理负担,营造公平就业和人才流动环境,不断提高就业率和提升就业质量。Based on CGSS2021 data,this paper analyzes the employment status of young college students and uses a binary logistic regression model to analyze the impact of individual characteristics on the employment status of young college students.Research has found that young college students aged 16-24 and young female college students faced significant employment challenges,and 67.9%of unemployed individuals have not searched for work within three months.Employment units are mainly enterprises,institutions,and self-employed individuals.Labor rights protection needs to be strengthened,and the lower the educational level,the lower the contract signing rate.Gender and age significantly affect the employment status of young college students.To address these issues,it is essential to guide young college students in establishing correct employment concepts,enhance their job-seeking abilities,provide targeted support to key groups,alleviate family care burdens,and create a fair environment for employment and talent mobility,thereby improving employment rates and quality.
