摘　　要：随着我国老年人口比例持续上升,助浴服务应运而生。当前助浴服务面临职业认可度低、收入水平不高、工作负担沉重、职业安全风险大等现实问题。助浴服务的适老化转型路径应聚焦老年人需求、提升服务质量,强化队伍建设、完善服务网络,推动技术创新、提升服务效率等,以此推动助浴服务向专业化、规范化、智能化方向发展,构建更完善的养老服务体系,保障老年人享有舒适、有尊严的晚年生活。With the continuous rise in the proportion of the elderly population in China,bathing assistance services have emerged.Currently,these services face practical issues such as low professional recognition,inadequate income levels,heavy workloads,and significant occupational safety risks.The aging-adapted transformation path for bathing assistance services should focus on the needs of the elderly,improve service quality,strengthen team building,enhance the service network,promote technological innovation,and increase service efficiency.These measures aim to advance bathing assistance services toward specialization,standardization,and intelligence,thereby building a more comprehensive elderly care service system and ensuring that the elderly enjoy a comfortable and dignified life in their later years.
