摘　　要：台湾(地区)当局现行公文深受中华传统文化影响,在继承中国传统公文体制的同时,根据时代发展进行现代化调整。通过公文制度纵向历史溯源和公文程式横向现代化转向研究,可见台湾当局现行公文程式的现代化主要体现在文种设置趋于稳定、三段式结构的确立、语言的现代化转向、电子文书系统的建立,这些措施与政策旨在提升中国台湾现行公文制作与传递效率。The current official documents of Taiwan authorities are deeply influenced by traditional Chinese culture.While inheriting the traditional Chinese official document system,they have undergone modernization adjustments in accordance with the development of the times.Through a vertical historical tracing of the official document system and a horizontal study of the modernization shift of official document formats,it can be observed that the modernization of the current official document formats of Taiwan authorities is mainly reflected in the stabilization of document types,the establishment of a three-part structure,the modernization of language usage,and the creation of an electronic document system.These measures and policies are aimed at enhancing the efficiency of producing and transmitting current official documents in Taiwan.
