摘 要:为促进我国华北地区高岭岩型煤矸石的大宗高值利用,发展矿区循环经济,本文以山西斜沟煤矿产出的高岭岩型煤矸石为主要原料,采用烧结法成功制备出钙长石微晶玻璃。利用X射线荧光光谱、X射线衍射、差示扫描量热法及扫描电子显微镜等分析方法,并结合微晶玻璃的性能测试,探究不同TiO_(2)含量对微晶玻璃制备过程中基础玻璃的析晶行为及制备出的钙长石微晶玻璃性能影响。结果表明,随着TiO_(2)添加的质量分数从1.09%增加到7.09%,基础玻璃的析晶峰温度从979.3℃下降至915.8℃,所生成的主晶相均为钙长石,说明TiO_(2)含量升高有助于降低微晶玻璃的晶化温度且不改变晶相种类。适当添加TiO_(2)可以促进晶核大量生成,晶粒数量显著增加,单个晶体颗粒变细从而增加微晶玻璃致密性,提高微晶玻璃理化性能。TiO_(2)质量分数为5.09%的基础玻璃在800℃核化2 h、1025℃晶化2 h后所获得微晶玻璃的体密度达到2.88 g·cm^(-3),耐酸度为97.93%,耐碱度为99.98%,抗弯强度达到124.5 MPa,制得的微晶玻璃性能优异,具有良好应用前景。In order to achieve high-value utilization of kaolinite type coal gangue in North China,the circular economy of mining area is developed.This paper reported anorthite glass-ceramics was successfully prepared using the kaolinite type coal gangue from Xiegou colliery of Shanxi Province by the sintering process.The effect of different TiO_(2)content on the crystallization behavior and the performance of the final prepared glass-ceramics was studied by the methods of X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy,X-ray diffraction,differential scanning calorimetry,physical properties test,etc.The results show that the crystallization temperature of anorthite glass-ceramics decreases from 979.3℃to 915.8℃with the mass fraction TiO_(2)increase from 1.09%to 7.09%,and the main crystalline phase can always keep with anorthite,suggesting the TiO_(2)content increase reduces the crystallization temperature without change the main crystalline phase.The appropriate addition of TiO_(2)can promote the generation of crystal nuclei and increase the number of grains significantly,and the single crystal particles become fine,thus increasing the compactness of glass-ceramics and improving its physical and chemical properties.The glass-ceramics obtained after nucleation at 800℃for 2 h and crystallization at 1025℃for 2 h with TiO_(2)content of 5.09%have excellent physical and chemical properties,with bulk density of 2.88 g·cm^(-3),acid resistance of 97.93%,alkali resistance of 99.98%,and flexural strength of 124.5 MPa.The prepared glass-ceramics have excellent performance and good application prospect.
