摘  要:宽频带微波探测在无线通信、遥感以及医学成像等领域至关重要。金刚石氮-空位(NV)色心因其高稳定性和高灵敏度等优势成为微波检测的热门选择。但现在用于NV传感器的天线存在信号传输质量差和频带窄等问题。本文设计了多谐振频率环形天线组,结合宽场成像技术与光学探测磁场共振(ODMR)技术构建了金刚石微波频谱检测系统,对磁场引起的ODMR共振频率的偏移进行空间编码进而探测微波。实验结果表明:所设计的天线组在增强电子自旋共振(ESR)对比度方面表现优异,达到13%,比传统宽频带螺旋天线提高了5.5%,并实现了2.2~10.0 GHz范围的微波频谱检测。该设计为NV量子传感器多频段微波探测技术的发展提供了新思路。Broadband microwave detecting is critical in areas such as wireless communications,remote sensing,and medical imaging.Diamond nitrogen-vacancy(NV)centers have become a popular choice for microwave detection due to their advantages such as high stability and high sensitivity.However,the antennas used for NV sensors nowadays suffer from problems such as poor signal transmission quality and narrow frequency bands.In this study,a loop antenna group with multiple resonant frequencies is designed,and a diamond microwave spectrum detection system is constructed by combining the wide-field imaging technique with the ODMR detection technique,the shift of the ODMR resonance frequency caused by the magnetic field and detects microwaves is spatially encoded.The experimental results show that the designed antenna group excel in enhanced electron spin resonance(ESR)contrast by 13%,which is enhanced 5.5%compared to the conventional broadband helical antennas,and achieve microwave spectrum detection in the range of 2.2~10.0 GHz.The design provides a new idea for the development of multi-band microwave detection technology for NV quantum sensors.
