摘  要:针对现有的可方向识别光纤干涉曲率传感器通常基于复杂微加工制成,存在制备重复性低等问题,提出基于偏芯光纤(ECF)的可方向识别光纤干涉曲率传感器,纤芯模式场能量分布在光纤的上半部分,包层模式场能量沿光纤轴对称分布,施加凹向和凸向弯曲时,纤芯分别处于光纤压缩和拉伸侧,干涉谷分别蓝移和红移,实现弯曲方向识别和传感。实验结果表明:该传感器在0~1.1 m^(-1)曲率检测范围内,凹向弯曲的灵敏度为-16.06 nm/m^(-1),凸向弯曲的灵敏度为17.51 nm/m^(-1)。本文提出的传感器机械强度高,制备重复性高,在可方向识别曲率检测领域中发挥重要作用。Aiming at the problem that current directional recognition fiber-optic interferometric curvature sensors are usually manufactured based on complex micro-machining,and exists low reproducibility,a directional recognition optical fiber interference curvature sensor based on biased core fiber is proposed,which the energy of the fiber core modal field is distributed in the upper part of the fiber,while the energy of the cladding modal field is distributed symmetrically along the fiber axis.When concave and convex bendings are applied to the sensor separately,the fiber core is on the compression and stretching side of the fiber,respectively.Consequently,the interference valley is blue-shifted and red-shifted,respectively,to realize the recognition and sensing of the bending direction.The experimental results demonstrate that the sensor has a sensitivity of-16.06 nm/m^(-1)for concave bending and 17.51 nm/m^(-1)for convex bending within a curvature detection range of 0~1.1 m^(-1).The proposed sensor has high mechanical strength and high production repeatability,it plays an important role in the field of orientation recognition curvature detection.
